Pioneer Valley Telecom was established in 2025 by siblings Devon & Sarah Ober of Springfield & Holyoke, MA, respectively. We started Pioneer Valley Telecom with the goal of providing an array of modern business communications solutions to partner installers, enabling them with the partnership and the tools they need to provide best-in-class service to their customers. We are highly skilled in crafting custom VoIP and unified communications solutions at a very low cost, and are often able to engineer a solution that fits a customer better than the major UCaaS platforms, and at a lower cost. We pass that low cost on to our installers, and allow them to set their own pricing and margin on our solutions.

Devon Ober has had a passion for business technology, with a niche interest in communications systems, since the age of 4. With over two decades of both legacy & modern VoIP telephony experience, Devon serves as both our President & our lead in-house engineer, dedicated to engineering business communications systems to meet your clients’ needs exactly. He brings with him over 5 years of enterprise technology solutions engineering experience and over 10 years of corporate exposure working various roles for Fortune 500 enterprises.
